Children's clothing and toy swap
Refresh your child's wardrobe and toys for FREE at the upcoming Children’s Clothing and Toy Swap event.
Parents/guardians of children aged 3-8 years, simply need to bring up to 6 good-quality pre-washed items of clothing and/or 6 good-quality toys to the event.
These are then traded in for tokens to use as ‘currency’ for other clothes and toys.
The event will run alongside the Bunyip Community Market and Christmas Carnival providing families with a full day of fun.
Event details
- Date: Sunday 14 December
- Time: 10am – 12:00pm (midday)
- Doors open at 10am - 11am, swapping starts at 11am sharp
- Location: Club Rooms of the Bunyip Recreation Reserve (64 Nar Nar Goon-Longwarry Road, Bunyip)
Participants need to register via Trybooking
To allow more children to attend the event, only one parent/guardian per family please.
We are not accepting:
- broken, stained, smelly items
- items with adult content
- items with loose battery covers (batteries are a choking hazard)
- items missing pieces (please try to secure or contain toys with multiple pieces)
- children’s equipment such as baby seats and bassinets
- underwear
- socks
- costumes
- cloth nappies or disposable nappies
