Celebrate Planet Ark's National Recycling Week (7-13 November) with a positive vision for the future. Learn more about waste and recycling with Cardinia Shire Council's Waste team between 4 - 5pm, then join us for a film screening of 2040 from 5:30 - 7pm.

2040 is a hybrid feature documentary that looks to the future but is vitally important now! Together, we can act on climate change. Discover the future we could create if we embraced the best climate solutions available today. You can watch the trailer here.

Join Cardinia Shire Council and Open Table to learn how to reduce your food waste and save money on groceries, plus get lots of delicious ideas on how to use leftover food. 
Enjoy a live demonstration on cooking 'veggie scrap fritters', and get a taste test! You'll be given the recipe to take home to continue your zero food waste journey.
One lucky participant will win a zero waste cooking door prize on the day.
