Development Contribution Plans (DCPs)
What is a Development Contribution Plan (DCP)?
When land is developed, it triggers a need for new or upgraded infrastructure for the future community.
A Development Contribution Plan (DCP) is used to collect payments towards providing this infrastructure, such as roads, drains and community facilities.
We collect DCP levies from new development through an approved DCP or Precinct Structure Plan (PSP). These are part of the Cardinia Planning Scheme
