Rates direct debit payments (FlexiRates)
What is FlexiRates?
Flexirates gives ratepayers the ability to self-manage their Direct Debit payments in a set-and-forget style, choosing from weekly, fortnightly, monthly or four instalment schedules.
Existing and new users for FlexiRates
As we are using a new platform for the 2025/26 rating year, all users will need the verification code from your rates notice to register, please see example below:
Once your registration has been successfully set up, you will have access to the newly created User Management Portal which allows ongoing management of your direct debit.
This includes being able to view or edit your schedule, change payment methods and update your details as necessary.
As of the 2025/2026 rating year, FlexiRates schedules will roll over into the new rating year, and users will no longer need to re-register for FlexiRates every year.
