Due to a systems error, if you tried to regiser for FlexiPay between 31 August and 5 September, your registration was unsuccessful and you will need to re-register. FlexiPay apologises for any inconvenience. 

If you used FlexiPay to pay your rates last financial year, you will need to sign up again to pay your rates this way in 2017–18.

Re-register to pay rates using FlexiPay in 2017–18 

To update your: 

  • contact details
  • bank account details
  • payment amounts 

or to increase your payment amounts if you have received a supplementary rates and charges notice, you need to register again for FlexiPay. Your new registration will override your previous registration (it uses the property number to do this), so any payments you have already made via FlexiPay for 2017–18 will carry over to your new registration.
