Council meetings are held in the Council Chambers at 20 Siding Avenue at 7pm, unless otherwise stated. 

Ask a question at a Council meeting

• To ask a question at a Council meeting, we need to receive your question by 12 noon on the day of the meeting so a response can be prepared.
• Your question must meet the guidance criteria as per Division 6 – Community Question Time of the Governance Rules.
• Your question will be asked and answered during the Council Meeting community question time and will be recorded in the Council Meeting minutes.
• The person who submitted the question must be in the gallery for it to be read out and answered. If not, the question will be recorded in the minutes of the Council Meeting, together with a copy of the written response.
• Following the meeting, you will receive an email with a link to the minutes.
• Note: The forms below cannot be used to make a service request to Council. To do this go to the Report an issue web page.
