Council's environmental enewsletter, Down to Earth, is sent out every 2 months and helps keep you informed about environmental initiatives being delivered by Cardinia Shire Council.

The newsletter includes information, tips and tricks and upcoming events about:

  • biodiversity (plants and animals)
  • Gardens for wildlife program
  • climate change and energy efficiency
  • heritage
  • land management (inlcluding pest animals)
  • waste, recycling and green organics, including tips and tricks to help you reduce your overall waste
  • water
  • how you can get involved with Council to improve our environment
