Retirement Wellbeing sessions

Published: 25 February 2022

Cardinia Shire Council, in conjunction with Outlook Community Centre, is hosting two retirement wellbeing sessions for those who are retired or planning to retire in the next few years.

The free sessions will be held at Outlook Community Centre, 24 Toomuc Valley Road in Pakenham on Tuesday 8 March at 10am – 12pm, and on Tuesday 22 March at 6pm – 8pm.

Estelle Kelly, member of the International Coach Federation, will be hosting the sessions, with a focus on getting retirement-ready and lifestyle improvement of those in retirement already.

The sessions provide retirees or soon-to-be retirees a chance to focus on their wellbeing, plan for the future, learn about support services available to them, and enjoy meeting other retirees in the area.
