Join us for a free business recovery workshop!

Business owners are invited to attend a free business recovery workshop, which will feature a presentation and Q&A session with Jan Barned, one of the country’s leading small business experts.

COVID-19, storms and bushfires have impacted many businesses. Our free recovery workshops provide businesses with tools to plan for the future and reset for new opportunities, as well as tips for making business improvements. 

The workshop will provide you with the tools to:  

  • plan for future disaster events  
  • address key issues following disaster events to ensure your business recovers successfully  
  • use proven methods to reset your business to benefit from future opportunities  
  • implement simple business improvement ideas to ensure that your business is prepared to respond to future disasters  

Participants will be provided with resources including a workbook, templates, checklists, and Jan’s award-winning book ‘Disaster Recovery Toolkit’ and the publication ‘Improving Business Performance for Small Business’.

Where: Emerald Hills Hub, 402 Belgrave-Gembrook Rd, Emerald. 

The workshops are free with lunch provided. RSVPing is essential for catering purposes. There are limited spaces available so get in quick to secure your spot!
