Have your say on Council’s Complaints Policy

Published: 7 September 2021

Cardinia Shire Council has developed a draft Complaints Policy in line with the requirements of the Local Government Act 2020 and formal recommendations made by the Victorian Ombudsman.

Council is dedicated to providing our community the best service possible, which also includes ensuring a fair, transparent, and consistent process for our community if community members wish to make a complaint.

The draft policy is a formal expression of Council’s commitment to providing a fair, transparent, and consistent process for our customers when they wish to make a complaint. The draft policy aims to ensure that our customers understand how to make a complaint to Council, and how their complaint will be handled.

To have your say on the draft policy or for more information, please visit www.cardinia.vic.gov.au/haveyoursay

Feedback closes at 5pm on Tuesday 28 September 2021.
