Cardinia Shire Council resumes face-to-face customer service
Following the easing of COVID-19 restrictions, Cardinia Shire Council’s friendly Customer Support team returns to the Civic Centre for face-to-face customer enquiries.
Opening hours are 8.30am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
It is still important for the community to follow the guidance of the Chief Health Officer so we can all enjoy a COVIDSafe Summer. Remember to keep 1.5 metres from others, wear a mask if this is difficult and maintain good hand hygiene. Cough and sneeze into your elbow and if you’re unwell, get tested and stay home.

Cardinia Shire Council Customer Support will close for the festive season from 5pm Thursday 24 December, reopening at 8.30am on Monday 4 January 2021.
