Applications now open for weed control grants – weed it and reap!
Applications are now open for the 2020-21 Cardinia Shire Council Weed Control Grants.
The grants are available to help landowners and community groups control noxious and environmental weeds on private property and bushland reserves.
Funding is available for:
- disposing of weeds (maximum $200)
- hiring equipment (maximum $250)
- hiring contractors (maximum $250).
- purchasing herbicide (maximum $250, or $500 for community groups)
The grant is available for all landowners and community groups, including Landcare and “friends of” groups, within Cardinia Shire.
Weed Control Grants
