Emerge innovation at business breakfast

Published: 16 February 2016

The 2016 Casey Cardinia business breakfast series will emerge in the new year with key insights from guest speaker Holly Ransom, CEO of Emergent Solutions.

The event will be held on Wednesday 9 March at Cranbourne Racing Centre, Cranbourne from 6.45–9am.

“This is the first breakfast for 2016 and a great opportunity to network with other businesses in the Casey Cardinia region. Guest speakers, like Holly, can provide some valuable motivation to help business operators take their business to the next level,” Cardinia Shire Mayor Cr Jodie Owen said.

“It will be fantastic to hear from such an accomplished, young woman who generates innovative solutions for companies across the globe. I am sure she has some excellent stories and insights to share.”

Holly is an accomplished global keynote speaker who specialises in developing high-performing intergenerational workforces, leadership and social outcomes. She is also a popular blogger, contributor to a number of leading publications and a regular radio and TV guest.

She was the youngest person to be named in Australia’s ‘100 most influential women’ and also became the youngest ever rotary president in 2012.

City of Casey Mayor Cr Sam Aziz encourages local business people to attend the networking event.

“The business breakfasts are always popular and often sell out. They offer great value and learning, and give attendees wonderful insight into some of the best business minds in the country,” Cr Aziz said.

“The events also give local business operators the opportunity to network, make new contacts and be inspired while enjoying a delicious breakfast. Attendees can expect to take great inspiration from Holly’s ability to innovate, coach, influence and mentor corporations, governments and non-profit organisations.”

Tickets to the business breakfast are $60 per person (including GST) or businesses can sponsor a table of 10 people for $700 (including GST). The cost includes a cooked breakfast, tea and coffee.
