Annual Community Satisfaction Survey begins soon across Cardinia Shire
Starting in March, Independent research company Metropolis Research will begin conducting Cardinia Shire Council’s 2026 Community Satisfaction Survey.
Survey’s will take place throughout March and April with approximately 900 residents randomly selected to take part. Surveyor staff will be door knocking households on Saturdays and Sundays between 10am and 5pm. Most surveys will be conducted face‑to‑face, while some residents may receive a phone call inviting them to participate.
Survey staff will carry an official letter of authorisation from Cardinia Shire Council confirming the legitimacy of the survey that residents can request to view.
All participant information is confidential and survey respondents will never be asked to provide financial or banking details.
While participation is voluntary, we encourage residents to take part to help build a better understanding of the community’s needs and expectations regarding the wide range of services and facilities Council provides.
The annual survey plays an important role in guiding improvements to service delivery and ensuring Council continues to respond to the priorities of the community.
