Community information drop-in session for storm-affected communities

An information drop-in session for storm-affected residents will be held on Saturday 2 March.

Representatives from Cardinia Shire Council, Emergency Recovery Victoria (ERV), Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) and AusNet will provide information on support that is available, and answer questions from the community.

Community members can talk to:

  • Emergency Recovery Victoria (ERV) –  will be available to discuss supports required by the community for clean-up and case management.
  • Ausnet – eligibility for outage payments and the application process.
  • Department of Families, Fairness and Housing – hardship payments information.
  • Cardinia Shire Council – role of Council in recovery, green waste disposal support and planning support.

When:  Saturday 2 March 3-5pm.

Where: Cockatoo Community Complex, 79 Pakenham Road, Cockatoo.
