Cardinia Arts Small Change Grants applications are now open for 2023

Cardinia Shire Council is encouraging artists and arts groups to apply for the 2023 Arts Small Change Grants program. 

Cardinia’s Arts Small Change Grants provide financial assistance to artists and arts groups for initiatives that utilise, expand, and promote the arts within Cardinia Shire.  

Grants of up to $1,000 will be provided to local arts projects. 

Applications open Monday 18 September at 9am and close on Sunday 15 October at 11.59pm.
