Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just looking to try something new, this event is perfect for all abilities. 

Get ready to enjoy a variety of sporting activities, friendly competitions and leisurely games. Stay active, socialise with fellow seniors, and experience a day filled with laughter and camaraderie.
