Removal of native trees without planning approval

Published: 18 February 2020

Cardinia Shire Council is investigating the removal of several native trees without planning approval, from land in the Timbertop Estate, Officer.

The trees are believed to have been cut down on 7 January 2020.

Council’s Compliance Services want to speak to the owner of a burgundy Ford F250 seen in the vicinity, to help understand the circumstances in which the trees were cut down.

Anyone with information about the vehicle, or the removal of these trees, can contact Compliance Services on 1300 787 624.
