Free My Aged Care and Care finder information session in September

Join us for a free information session about government subsidised aged care services available for Cardinia’s seniors.

Held on Tuesday 9 September at the Emerald Hills Hub, the session will cover the registration and assessment process for My Aged Care services, the role of Aged Care Specialist Officers and information on the Care finder service for people who require extra support. 

Attendees will have the opportunity to speak directly with Aged Care experts and are encouraged to participate in the Q&A session. 

Joining us at the event will be Department of Health, Disability & Ageing, Aged Care Specialists from Services Australia, Care Connect, Monash Health and Wintringham, who are proudly partnering with Council for this event.
