Changes to Council services due to COVID-19

  • All Casey Cardinia Libraries (including the Cardinia Mobile Library) will reopen Wednesday 28 July at 10am  
  • When you arrive at the library please kindly wear your mask (unless you’re exempt) and use the QR code to check in 
  • Capacity limits apply so please be aware that wait times may apply to enter our libraries  
  • All programs will run online until close of business Tuesday 10 August then programs will resume back in libraries (pending restrictions)
  • ‘Click and Collect’ of holds will remain available at all libraries including the Cardinia Mobile Library 
  • FREE HOME DELIVERY will remain available, log into your account via our website and follow the prompts 
  • Library Returns chutes are open 24/7, but if you don’t return your books in time don’t worry, we don’t charge overdue fines

Maternal and Child Health (MCH) services are open: 

  • All MCH consult rooms are open.
  • Phone and video consultations are still available if you need them.
  • Face-to-face group sessions have recommenced with density restrictions.
  • To book an appointment or make an enquiry call 5943 4250 from 9am to 4pm on weekdays.

Parks, nature reserves, playgrounds,  skate parks, BMX tracks, BBQs are all open

Mt Cannibal Fauna and Flora Reserve is open. 

  • The park is operating with a one-way only walking track to allow for physical distancing.
  • The public toilets are open.
  • Visitors to the park must follow the instructions on all signs at the reserve.
  • We are working with Victoria Police to monitor use of the park to ensure restrictions are followed.

Emerald Lake Park is open. 

Deep Creek Reserve is open. 

Deep Creek Reserve golf course and complex is open.

Deep Creek Nursery is open. 

Kindergartens are open.
