What are the benefits of registering with MyCardinia?

MyCardinia offers an enhanced online service experience for our community.

In the MyCardinia service platform, you can:

  • Make service requests for any action with Council including: request a new bin, report a pot hole, or report a tree issue.
  • Follow and track the progress of your service requests.
  • Get an email about the outcome of your service requests.
  • Register your pets and pay for their registration.
  • Pay a fine, such as a parking fine.

Are all online services available through MyCardinia?

At this stage, MyCardinia has been launched with the selected number of services: pet registration, infringements, and online service requests.

The aim of MyCardinia is to significantly enhance the service experience for our community, by providing an online service platform where registered users can view all of their interactions with Council, and perform new interactions such as completing forms, submitting applications or paying invoices.

We are working towards adding more services to MyCardinia to make it even easier to interact with us online.

Does it cost me anything to sign up with MyCardinia?

No, there is no cost to sign up with MyCardinia.

Can businesses register with MyCardinia?

The first step is to provide MyCardinia services for individuals before we expand to include the use of MyCardinia for businesses. You can sign up here to be notified by email when MyCardinia goes live for businesses

What can I do on MyCardinia?

In the MyCardinia service platform, you can:

Can I still call Council or visit the Customer Service Centre?

Absolutely! MyCardinia makes it easier for you to transact with us online. We are still contactable by phone, email and post - or you can visit us at our Customer Service Centre. View our Contact us page for more info. 

If I submit an online form on the website, will that transaction appear in MyCardinia?

MyCardinia has launched with a select number of linked services. Only the forms and requests submitted through MyCardinia will appear in MyCardinia at this stage. We are working towards a full-service platform and including more services in the future.

Is my private information secure?

Privacy and the protection of personal data have been carefully considered. All use of personal data is controlled by the user and nothing is shared without their permission. You can view our privacy policy here
