We want your opinion
We are seeking community feedback on the way Council news is communicated to residents.
We will use your feedback to review our current communication methods and look to ways that will most effectively reach our community, so you can be more informed, more engaged and more involved with us.
As an added incentive to provide your feedback, we’re offering some great prizes in a survey prize draw.
Ways to share your feedback
Collect and complete a hard copy survey from:
- the Winter 2017 edition of Connect
- Our Civic Centre
- My Place
- Cardinia Cultural Centre
- local libraries

Due date for feedback
Give us your feedback by 5pm, Friday 28 July online or to be eligible for the prize draw.
Hardcopy surveys will be accepted until 5pm Friday 25 August.
About the survey
The survey asks about:
- the types of Council news you want
- getting Council news
- Connect magazine
- using digital media for Council news.
- TEN coffee offers
- FIVE ‘buy one–get one free’ passes to a Cardinia Cultural Centre show
- ONE full 3-month membership to Cardinia Life, Pakenham (valued at $373).
To enter the draw, complete and submit the survey with your contact details. Prize draw winners will be notified by email Monday 14 August.
Anonymous feedback is also welcome.
