Development Contribution Plans (DCPs)

We charge developers with a development contribution plan levy. This is a contribution towards the cost of providing infrastructure needed by the future community.

We collect DCP levies from new development through an approved DCP or Precinct Structure Plan (PSP). These are part of the Cardinia Planning Scheme.

 

Pakenham Development Contribution Plan (DCP) 

Infrastructure Levy: $3,681 per lot

Community Levy: $659 per lot

Officer Development Contribution Plan (DCP)

Standard Rate Infrastructure Levy: $492,602 per ha/Net Developable Area (NDA)

Differential Rate Infrastructure Levy: $293,812 per ha/Net Developable Area (NDA)
