Council event: Pakenham Carols by Candlelight
Cardinia Shire Council is proud to announce the Pakenham Carols by Candlelight will return in 2023.

- Time: 6.30pm - 9pm (gates open 4.30pm)
- Location: Toomuc Reserve, Pakenham
The official program will kick off at 6.30pm, followed by a firework display at approximately 9pm
This is an alcohol and smoke-free event. Food and drinks will be available to purchase onsite.
