| Updated Municipal Strategic Statement and local planning policies | | Cardinia Shire Council has prepared Amendment C124 to the Cardinia Planning Scheme.
The amendment seeks to implement the findings of the Cardinia Shire Council Planning Scheme Review 2004–09 by introducing a revised Municipal Strategic Statement (MSS) into the Cardinia Planning Scheme and deleting three local planning policies.
The amendment will be on exhibition from 22 October 2009 to 18 December 2009, and a number of information sessions will be held around the Shire.
Submissions must be made in writing and sent to Cardinia Shire Council, PO Box 7, Pakenham 3810 or emailed to mail@cardinia.vic.gov.au.
