Cardinia Urban Growth Area Retail Review
The Cardinia Urban Growth Area Retail Review provides a strategic basis for the provision of activity centres and retail floor space in the Cardinia Urban Growth Corridor. This will drive change for the next 14 years as Council plans for the needs of an expanding community.

At its meeting on 16 April 2007, Council resolved to:

1. endorse the report as the basis for structure planning in the urban growth area
2. release the retail review as a public document to interested stakeholders.
