Cardinia Road Employment Precinct

[Urban Growth Area:] [Activity Centres and Retail Space] [Employment Corridor] [Residential Corridor]


Cardinia Shire Council has endorsed a blueprint for the Cardinia Road Employment Precinct designed to create thousands of jobs on the outskirts of Pakenham. The Cardinia Road Employment Precinct Structure Plan provides a long-term strategic framework for the development of a 602-hectare parcel of land earmarked as one of the key employment precincts within the Cardinia urban growth corridor.
