| At its Council meeting on Monday 25 June May 2007, Cardinia Shire Council adopted the 2007–08 budget prepared for the purposes of section 127(1) of the Local Government Act 1989. The budget relates to the financial year commencing on 1 July 2007 and concluding on 30 June 2008.
Also at that meeting, Council adopted the Council Plan 2007–11 which includes the Strategic Resource Plan prepared in accordance with Section 126 of the Local Government Act.
