Cardinia Shire Council is committed to supporting older people in our community through a range of activities and infrastructure. Council provides senior citizen buildings in many townships across the Shire, provides premises for organisations that support older residents, actively supports seniors citizen clubs, provides housing for seniors in Pakenham and Cockatoo, advocates for the needs of older residents to State and Federal governments, and develops policies that actively engage and support older residents.
