| | What happens when I lodge my request? | |

| | Your request will be emailed directly to a customer service officer in the appropriate department. It will then be assessed for priority and placed on the council’s Customer Action Request System and dealt with as soon as possible. | |

| | Please be sure to state clearly what your request is and provide a good description of the location, including property numbers and nearest cross streets | |
